ORDER NEVER ARRIVED
If your order never showed up, there are a few things to check to see if it can be tracked down. Please note, The Greater Hood is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages/items
First, confirm that your shipping address was entered correctly. If the address was incorrect, we will be happy to send you another order to the correct address, however it will have to be at your cost.
If your shipping address is correct, please review your shipping confirmation email that contains tracking information. Check to see if your order is showing that it has been delivered or if it is still in transit. Poor weather can cause delays or packages can be delayed at shipping facilities (frustrating, but it happens). Sometimes it takes a few days for the tracking systems to sync or catch up with real time, so be patient and give it a few days. If your package hasn’t arrived one week after estimated delivery, get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org noting your order number. We'll see what can be done.
