Every effort is made to ensure the images on our website depict our products as accurately as possible. However, keep in mind the images of the artwork are digital renderings and are not necessarily to scale and actual colors may differ slightly from what your screen displays. We cannot guarantee what you see online will be a completely accurate portrayal of the real product.
We currently do not accept returns unless the product shipped to you was damaged or incorrect. Please make sure you order with care and double check the size, quantity and delivery address before submitting your order.
Sometimes the mail isn’t very kind to packages or a printer goes rogue, and while it rarely ever happens, the last thing we want is for you to be stuck with a damaged item. If your order arrives to you damaged, please email us at email@example.com within a week of delivery. In your email, note that you received a damaged item in your subject line, and provide your order number and a photo of the damage. Instructions for return or exchange of the damaged item will be provided in a reply email.
WRONG PRODUCT DELIVERED
Mistakes happen and occasionally our wires get crossed and the wrong product is shipped to you. If this happens, please accept our apologies and emails us at firstname.lastname@example.org within a week of delivery. In your email, note that you have a received the wrong item in your subject line and provide your order number and a photo of incorrect product you received. Instructions for return or exchange of the incorrect item will be provided in a reply email.
ORDER NEVER ARRIVED
If your order never showed up, there are a few things to check to see if it can be tracked down. Please note, The Greater Hood is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages/items
First, confirm that your shipping address was entered correctly. If the address was incorrect, we will be happy to send you another order to the correct address, however it will have to be at your cost.
If your shipping address is correct, please review your shipping confirmation email that contains tracking information. Check to see if your order is showing that it has been delivered or if it is still in transit. Poor weather can cause delays or packages can be delayed at shipping facilities (frustrating, but it happens). Sometimes it takes a few days for the tracking systems to sync or catch up with real time, so be patient and give it a few days. If your package hasn’t arrived one week after estimated delivery, get in touch with us at email@example.com noting your order number. We'll see what can be done.
